About this policy

B-WONDER Natural Skincare (“B-WONDER”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to preparing and delivering your order with care. This policy explains how we process online orders, calculate delivery charges and arrange courier delivery or local collection.

2. Delivery areas

We offer courier delivery within South Africa, subject to courier availability and service coverage.

We also offer the option of local collection free of charge when checking out. Collection is available only once we have confirmed that your order is ready and provided the collection details.

Local collection of orders are in Val-de-Grace, Pretoria with prior arranged times.

3. Order processing

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. During exceptionally busy periods, promotional events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, processing may take longer. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Orders are not considered ready for collection until B-WONDER has notified the customer.

4. Delivery times

Our estimated courier delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, adverse weather, public holidays, courier disruptions and other circumstances may cause delays.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed deliveries.

5. Shipping charges and free delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the applicable delivery destination and available courier service. The delivery charge will be displayed before you complete your order.

B-WONDER intends to offer free delivery on qualifying orders above a minimum order value.

Free-delivery threshold: For orders R800 and above.

Until this threshold is confirmed and activated on our website, customers should rely on the delivery charge displayed at checkout. Any qualifying free-delivery offer will be subject to the conditions clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Tracking and delivery details

Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking information or instructions needed to follow your parcel.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and other information reasonably required for delivery.

If a delivery fails because the supplied address is incorrect or the recipient cannot be reached, we will work with the customer and courier to determine the next steps. Any additional delivery charges will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Damaged, missing or delayed parcels

Please inspect your parcel and its contents when received, where reasonably possible.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, an item is missing, or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs or other details.

We will investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate remedy where warranted. This process does not limit your statutory rights in relation to goods that are damaged, missing, defective or not delivered as agreed.

8. Local collection

Local collection details will be communicated to you in advance via WhatsApp & email. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Collection location:

B-WONDER Natural Skincare

153 Boesman Street, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0184, South Africa

9.
