1. Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At B-WONDER Natural Skincare, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we make skincare and personal-care products, we handle returns carefully to protect product quality, hygiene and customer safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our returns policy operates alongside your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (\u201cCPA\u201d) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (\u201cECTA\u201d), where applicable. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a right that the law does not permit us to exclude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Change-of-mind returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us before returning the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our general preference is to consider change-of-mind returns only for products that remain unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging, subject to applicable statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For voluntary returns outside a statutory cancellation right, we may ask for proof of purchase and confirmation that the product meets these conditions. Any voluntary return must be approved by B-WONDER before the product is sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, this preference does not override applicable legal cancellation rights. In particular, qualifying online transactions may be cancelled under ECTA’s seven-day cooling-off provision, subject to the Act’s exceptions. The law does not create a blanket exception for every skincare or hygiene product simply because it has been opened. The circumstances and statutory requirements must be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Online order cooling-off rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Where ECTA section 44 applies, a customer may cancel an eligible transaction without reason or penalty within seven days after receiving the goods. The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where payment has already been made, the applicable refund must be processed within the period prescribed by law. ECTA section 44 specifies 30 days from cancellation for refunds under that provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certain transactions are excluded from this cooling-off right. Whether an exclusion applies depends on the actual transaction and circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a customer believes this right applies, they should contact us as soon as possible with their order number and cancellation request. We will assess the request in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrect products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, unsafe, materially different from what you ordered, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-protection requirements, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
